How long have you been managing blocks?

Our team has a combined experience of over 50 years in the property sector. So we've seen it all.

What notice period do you require?

All our blocks are different, although many are on a 3 month noticed period.

Where do you source your contractors?

We use trusted third-party contractors to carry out works on our portfolio. We aim to give you a few options and can advise on which our preferred contrator would be,

How do you deal with complaints from residents?

If someone is dissatisfied, we want to hear about it. Issues often arise from communication breakdowns, misunderstandings, or occasional human errors.

Initially, we'll address the problem by discussing it with the block manager and their supervisor. In most cases, involving senior management helps resolve the issue. If this approach doesn't resolve the matter to the complainant's satisfaction, it will be escalated to our Directors, who will initiate our formal complaints procedure.

What is your turnover of property managers?

We prioritise quality over quantity by ensuring our property managers aren't burdened with an excessive number of blocks. Each manager benefits from competitive pay, and robust support. This commitment to their well-being results in exceptional staff retention, with nearly zero turnover.
